Hot Tub & Swim Spa FAQs

How much space do I need for my hot tub?

Everything H2O has hot tubs and swim spas in many sizes from 1-2 person to 6+ person. If you are unsure of the placement for your spa, be sure to contact us before ordering.

How do I schedule delivery of my hot tub?

Once you have placed your order a member of our team will contact you to schedule delivery of your hot tub or swim spa. 

How should I prepare for delivery?

Make sure you have secured a level space for your tub that can support its weight when full. Make sure there is a clear path to the space with clearance of at least 42″ wide and 8 feet high (tubs are often delivered in their sides on a wheeled base). Ensure you have allowed access to control panels for future maintenance. Everything H2O can provide any services you need for installation, including plumbing, wiring, and water testing. 

How do I know where I can place my hot tub?

Your new hot tub or swim spa must be on level ground, on a surface that can support its weight when full. Ideally, a patio or concrete slab will be best to support your new hot tub. If you are considering placing it on a deck, please have your deck inspected but EH2O or another specialist to ensure it can handle the weight. 

How much clearance should I leave around the tub or spa?

You will need to leave access to the maintenance panel and filters, other than that there is no required amount of clearance. You may want to consider the splashing of water if placed next to your home, and ensure the wall structure will not be damaged. 

Is there plumbing or electrical work required for installation?

Some hot tubs and swim spas will require an electrician and/or plumber. Everything H2O can provide these services for you. If you would like to have your own service providers set up the electrical and plumbing please contact us for details.

Do I need to be home for delivery & installation?

Yes, an adult needs to be present for delivery and installation.

Is there a fee for delivery and installation?

Delivery and installation fees depend on your location and what services you need. Please contact us if you would like to discuss installation and service fees before ordering. 

What type of maintenance do hot tubs need?

You will need to have a sample of your water tested prior to delivery (we can do that too) in order to know the necessary treatment upon filling the tub. After that, your hot tub will require regular testing and treating of the water, filter replacements, and possibly winterizing. Your hot tub or swim spa will come with maintenance directions specific to the model you purchase. EH2O provides all maintenance materials and services needed. 

What services do you offer for preparing my deck/patio/yard?

If I order a "Custom Build" hot tub how long will delivery take?

“Custom Build” hot tubs & swim spas are the models we do not keep in stock. Therefore your tub will be ordered from the manufacturer to your specifications after you complete your order. You will receive a follow-up from one of our team members once we know the arrival date and will be able to schedule delivery. If you would like to know the current approximate timeline you can call before ordering.

Everything H2O does offer chimney sweep services. Minor repairs are also in our wheelhouse. If you need any major repairs, we can point you in the right direction for trustworthy professionals.

What is involved in installation of these systems?

The installation process is different for the different types of systems. Some only require access to a single sink, others may require more extensive plumbing services.

What type of maintenance should I expect?

That depends on your system. Water softeners require softener pellets. Filtration systems will require filter replacements. Everything H2O will advise you on the required maintenance for your system and we offer all needed supplies and services. 

Grill FAQs

What is the difference between a gas grill and a pellet grill?

Gas grills hook to a propane tank or a gas line, while pellet grills use wood pellets as fuel. 

How do I schedule delivery & installation?

Shipping FAQs

How does shipping work for large items (local pickup)?

If you purchase a hot tub, spa, stove, or other large item listed as “Local Pickup”, you will be contacted by a member of our sales team to determine the next steps. If you have paid in full and would like to pick up your item that can be arranged. Delivery & installation can also be arranged at an extra cost. 

What happens if I select "Local Pickup" at checkout for smaller items?

If you choose “Local Pickup” as your shipping option for small, shippable items you will be contacted by a member of our sales team to arrange pickup. If the item is in stock at both of our locations, you may select your pickup location.
